📋 Description

• Ensure accurate, timely execution of sales compensation plans and processes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to execute plans and drive efficiencies.
• Support Xactly implementation through testing and coverage for Sales Compensation.
• Take on special projects and ad hoc requests as needed.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company objectives.
• Maintain a deadline-driven, detail-oriented work ethic.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of sales compensation experience.
• Xactly administration experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, or related field, or equivalent.
• Advanced Excel skills: formulas, pivot tables, modeling.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Proactive mindset for process improvement and operational excellence.
