📋 Description

• Lead supply strategy for four commodities: cable, battery, PCB, connector.
• Negotiate with supply base and build Supplier List for design support.
• Run quarterly supplier deep-dives with Eng/QA to spot tech early.
• Maintain end-to-end supply assurance and multi-sourcing.
• Coordinate with Planning and Ops to protect build schedules.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years sourcing and supply chain experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, engineering, business, or related field.
• Strong negotiation, data interpretation, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with global supplier management and cost modeling.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and resolve conflicts.
