Senior Community Affairs & Partnerships Manager

📋 Description

• Own and lead cross-functional community engagement strategies across assigned markets.
• Lead input into site selection and project due diligence on community impact.
• Build trusted relationships with elected officials, community leaders, nonprofits, unions, and
• Develop market-specific engagement plans and escalation paths.
• Lead development and negotiation of community benefit agreements and coordinate PILOTs, RDAs, and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Affairs, Political Science, Urban Planning, or related field.
• 10+ years in community affairs, stakeholder engagement, social performance, public affairs
• Experience supporting data centers or large-scale critical-infrastructure development, including
• Proven ability to lead multi-market stakeholder strategies and translate local developments into
