Senior Community Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the dbt community team focused on digital engagement and Slack community growth
• Partner with internal teams to strengthen member experience and surface insights
• Develop content systems to inform and activate members
• Manage incident response and cross-channel engagement efforts
• Own and optimize community tooling, workflows, and governance
• Monitor engagement metrics and surface outcomes to stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in digital community management or related roles
• Experience running large online communities (Slack/Discord/forum)
• Strong understanding of online community dynamics and trust-building at scale
• Proven ability to design moderation/workflows and enforce Code of Conduct
• Excellent written communication and facilitation skills
• Experience with community tooling and analytics (Slack workflows, Common Room, etc.)
