Lead dbt community engagement and Slack presence for global data practitioners
Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen member experience and surface insights
Develop content systems for announcements, highlights, prompts, and storytelling

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in digital community management or related roles
Experience running day-to-day ops for large online communities (Slack/Discord/forum)
Strong understanding of online community dynamics and trust-building at scale
Proven ability to create moderation/workflow processes and enforce Code of Conduct
Excellent written communication and facilitation; de-escalation skills
Experience with community tools/analytics (Slack workflows, Common Room, etc.)
