📋 Description

Senior Compensation Analyst serving as strategic advisor on compensation philosophy, market
Partners with People Business Partners and leaders on compensation strategy, pay decisions
Supports hiring, promotions, organizational changes, and annual compensation programs with policy

🎯 Requirements

8+ years of progressive compensation experience
Strong knowledge of compensation principles including: salary structures, market pricing, job
Advanced Excel or Google skills with experience analyzing large data sets
Experience with compensation planning systems and HRIS platforms
Analytical mindset with data-driven business recommendations, problem solving, and presentation
Excellent consulting and stakeholder management abilities

🎁 Benefits

Pay range California: $105,000 — $150,000 USD
