Senior Compensation Analyst (Remote)

📋 Description

• As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will advise HR and business leaders on compensation
• This is a remote position. You will report to the Senior Compensation Director.
• You will have opportunity to:
• Advise HR Business Partners and leaders on compensation decisions, market practices, and business
• Analyze market and economic trends and recommend updates to compensation programs.
• Use AI-enabled tools to improve compensation analysis, reporting, processes, and workforce insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of compensation or comparable experience, including market analysis, job evaluation
• Experience using AI-powered productivity, analytics, or research tools to analyze data and support
• Knowledge of federal and state wage and hour and equal pay regulations.
• Experience presenting compensation analysis and recommendations to multiple levels of management.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience using HR or compensation systems.
