📋 Description

  • Manage day-to-day administration of global compensation programs across multiple countries and
  • Own and maintain job architecture, including job families, career levels, profiles, titles, ranges
  • Oversee monthly validation and refreshes of employee, job, and compensation data in compensation
  • Lead two annual compensation cycles from planning to post-cycle reporting.
  • Manage compensation reviews for promotions, market adjustments, reorganizations, retention, and
  • Conduct market pricing, benchmarking, internal equity, salary structures, and positioning analyses.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 5 years of progressive compensation experience including analysis and administration.
  • Experience supporting programs across multiple countries/geographies.
  • Expertise in job evaluation, market pricing, salary structures, job architecture, promotions, and
  • Experience managing annual/semiannual compensation reviews; advanced analytics skills; strong Excel.
  • Strong communication, project management, and data integrity focus; CCP a plus.
