Senior Compliance Risk Manager - Prudential

📋 Description

• Implement and operate Mercury’s first prudential regulatory compliance program for banking
• Interface directly with and advise Mercury’s senior management on permissibility / advisability of
• Engage and partner deeply with stakeholders across the organization including Legal, Finance
• Play a pivotal role in shaping how some of Mercury’s most business critical transactions come
• Educate and grow Mercury’s compliance culture, awareness of prudential regulatory obligations, and
• Maintain records and documentation on all prudential regulatory compliance activities and programs

🎯 Requirements

• Have 5-7+ years of experience in building and/or operating prudential compliance programs including
• Be well-versed in representing program outputs and decisions to senior executives, internal
• Approach your work with a high quality bar and a strong sense of ownership - you see things through
• Bring a collaborative, problem-solving mindset to your work, have strong stakeholder management
• Be excited about using technology, including artificial intelligence, to enhance your capabilities
• *Nice-to-have*: You have prior experience working in quantitative fields including finance, credit
