Senior Compounding Pharmacist

📋 Description

• Lead sterile and non-sterile compounding operations in the Lab at Leamington Spa.
• Ensure preparations meet GPhC standards and align with MHRA, EMA, ICH, and ISO guidance.
• Balance hands-on pharmacist leadership with day-to-day production and laboratory management.
• Work Monday-Friday 9am-5pm in a fast-paced, compliant environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Active GPhC registration as a Pharmacist (required).
• Minimum 2 years in sterile compounding; non-sterile experience preferred.
• Supervisory/line management experience in compounding/pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Experience in complex sterile and non-sterile formulation.
• Strong understanding of compounding quality standards and regulatory frameworks (Medicines Act
• Excellent documentation, QA, and continuous quality improvement mindset.
