Review and understand plans, specs, and construction documents.
Identify design deficiencies, constructability issues, and code concerns.
Lead preconstruction meetings with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors.
Develop and maintain the Critical Path Schedule.
Negotiate subcontractor and vendor agreements to hit buyout goals.
Coordinate with architects/engineers/clients and field teams to ensure planning.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
Experience managing multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and cost control.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Procore (preferred).
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
