📋 Description

• Support federal healthcare engagements with program planning, implementation, and transformation
• Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to design solutions
• Assess current-state and map future-state processes
• Conduct industry research to identify leading practices
• Analyze gaps and propose improvement recommendations
• Develop high-visibility consulting deliverables and client materials

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ yrs or Master’s with 6+ yrs relevant exp
• Experience in consulting, healthcare gov entities, or large healthcare systems
• Proven use of change management, process improvement, and research methods
• Ability to translate complex info for diverse audiences
• Strong writing, presentation, facilitation, and comms skills
• Advanced MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
