• Trade lifecycle transformation: evaluate front-to-back flows to fix data issues and automate to
• Operating Model Design: assess front/middle/back office and design TOMs to boost efficiency.
• Liaison with Technology & Automation: work with tech teams to develop automated solutions using
• Stakeholder engagement & communication: interview functions and present evidence-based
• Project leadership: manage workstreams and coach juniors, coordinating with leads.
• Business development: contribute to proposals, client decks, and thought leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years in management consulting in Corporate/Investment Banking or related FS roles.
• Direct knowledge of institutional trade lifecycle: OTM, trade capture, allocation, confirmation
• Strong understanding of broker-dealer infra for Equities/Fixed Income.
• Familiarity with DTCC, SWIFT, and custodian settlement workflows.
• Aware of trends like ISO 20022, 24x5 markets, tokenization, AI automation.
• Experience with regulatory, risk, strategy, tech, or operational changes in CIB/Capital Markets.
