Senior Consultant / Consultant - Functional Analyst

📋 Description

• Participate in customer projects focused on designing and deploying quality and manufacturing
• Conduct workshops with customers and collaborate with QA, business, and IT stakeholders to gather
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, functional specifications, workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst working with Veeva eQMS
• Strong understanding of Veeva eQMS processes, particularly Deviation Management, Change Control
• Hands-on experience with platform tasks such as process configuration, user management, metadata
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to quickly understand complex
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence working directly with customers
