Senior Consultant - Quality Engineering

📋 Description

• Design and deliver scalable QE solutions with strategy, traceability, and reporting.
• Lead client-facing QE delivery for a workstream; mentor peers.
• Translate business goals into testable acceptance criteria and QE scope.
• Build and maintain scalable automation (UI/API/data); select tools.
• Integrate testing into CI/CD; improve release confidence.
• Manage QE planning, dashboards, defect triage, and release readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 6+ years in quality engineering and test automation.
• Hands-on QE with Playwright, Selenium; languages like C#/Java/Python.
• Consulting and client-facing experience; align QE to business outcomes.
• CI/CD integration; automate testing and ensure release readiness.
• Strong QE methods: test planning, governance, defects, and reporting.
