📋 Description

• Project Engineering & Consulting (50%): Team on customer projects; design, architecture
• Consultative Support (50%): Case-initiated support to strategic users; onboarding, production
• Architectural, technical, and migration assistance; hands-on tasks.
• Support Team member: handle L1-L3 cases when not on projects.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales to influence product roadmap.
• Develop content: docs, knowledge base, learning, references, blogs, benchmarks.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Professional Services, Support, Tech Accounts Mgmt, Eng/SRE, or Project Mgmt.
• 5+ years implementing/operating/testing scalable distributed DBMS.
• Deep knowledge of DBMS, OLAP, Cloud/SaaS, distributed systems, Linux/Unix, Kubernetes, sysadmin
• Experience leading large technical projects with multiple engineers.
• Expertise with public clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure) and IaaS (e.g., EC2).
