📋 Description

• Join ClickHouse Support Services to provide consultative support to enterprise customers.
• Blend hands-on engineering, development assistance, and high-tier support across Consultative
• Work with strategic customers, offering guidance, case answers, and technical oversight.
• Assist with L1-L3 support cases when not on larger projects.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to influence roadmap and account plans.
• Develop and contribute content: docs, knowledge base, reference architectures, blogs, benchmarks.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Professional Services, Support, Technical Accounts Management, Engineering/SRE, or
• 5+ years in implementing or supporting scalable, distributed DBMS.
• Strong breadth/depth in DBMS, OLAP, Cloud/SaaS, Linux/Unix, Kubernetes, system/admin, big data.
• Experience leading large technical projects with cross-functional teams.
• Expertise with AWS, GCP or Azure cloud providers and their IaaS (e.g., EC2).
