📋 Description

• Join ClickHouse Support Services to assist enterprise customers
• Blend hands-on engineering, development aid, and high-tier support
• Work across Consultative Support, Engineering, and Support teams
• Guide customers on design, migration, and implementation
• Provide technical oversight and answer complex cases
• Travel onsite in Tokyo as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in professional services, support, TAM, SRE, or project mgmt
• 5+ years with scalable distributed DBMS
• Strong knowledge of DBMS, OLAP, cloud platforms, Linux/Unix
• Experience with Kubernetes, IT admin, and big data tooling
• Experience leading large technical projects
• Expertise with AWS, GCP, or Azure
