Build and manage CI&T’s North American content ops ecosystem
Oversee CMS governance, content repositories, metadata
Taxonomy, tagging, and version-control standards
Lead SEO and GEO governance for NA audiences
Design AI-enabled content workflows and governance
Improve content discoverability and AI-powered reuse

🎯 Requirements

English proficiency; communicate with NA/global teams
4–6 years in content ops, digital marketing, SEO or related
Experience in B2B/technology/consulting/enterprise marketing
Hands-on CMS, SEO, metadata, taxonomy, lifecycle management
Knowledge of GEO, AI search visibility, structured content
Practical AI experience with multi-step workflows and prompts
