Senior Content Designer

📋 Description

• Conduct qualitative and/or quantitative user research and validate content design
• Own the POV of features, products, branding
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers on framing products/features to achieve
• Edit app copy with UX guidance for UI designers to optimize customer flow
• Deliver UX writing across platforms and customer touch points
• Write and edit user-focused content (UI text, labels, instructional copy) for complex services

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a UX writer or copywriter
• Extensive professional copywriting experience with portfolio
• Fintech or tech industry experience preferred
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills; ability to work with senior leaders
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
