3+ years in technical writing, content development, or instructional design in software
Experience using AI-assisted tools for writing/editing
Excellent writing and communication in English
Advanced tools for content creation, version control, and project management
Knowledge of Acumatica ERP or ERP systems preferred
Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities
