🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in instructional design or related field.
• Proven ability to own content initiatives from concept to delivery.
• Strong instructional design foundation and outcomes-driven approach.
• Experience in multimedia content production and LMS workflows.
• PM skills to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Camtasia, Articulate, Notion; strong communication.
