Senior Corporate Actions Analyst

📋 Description

• Own the full event lifecycle from announcement to reconciliation
• Handle corporate actions across equities, ETFs, funds, fixed income
• Lead modernization, automation, and control initiatives
• Stabilize workflows and document processes for audit readiness
• Partner cross-functionally to scale operations
• Deliver accurate, timely processing with strong controls

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in brokerage/clearing/custody ops focused on corporate actions
• DTCC PBS knowledge; tax/cost-basis understanding
• Series 99 license required (or able to obtain in 90 days); Series 7 preferred
• Bachelors or equivalent experience
• SQL, Python or similar coding experience; familiarity with AI in daily work
• Strong communication, resilience, and problem-solving skills
