📋 Description

• Own the internal tech backbone for a fully remote, global team
• Lead device management, identity, SaaS admin, and compliance at scale
• Build AI-driven automation for IT and helpdesk workflows
• Design security controls, runbooks, and auditable processes for SOC 2, PCI DSS
• Automate onboarding/offboarding and access governance
• Drive the corporate IT roadmap as Yuno scales

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in corporate IT, IT operations, or IT systems engineering
• MDM expertise with Jamf Pro, Intune, or Kandji
• Identity & access management: Okta, SSO, MFA, provisioning
• SaaS administration: Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian
• Security/compliance exposure: SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS
• Scripting/automation: Python, JavaScript, PowerShell
