Senior Corporate IT Engineer

📋 Description

• Own and evolve the endpoint management environment across macOS and Windows devices, including
• Manage identity and access systems, including SSO, MFA, SCIM, provisioning, deprovisioning, and
• Administer and govern the SaaS ecosystem, including Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, and other
• Build and maintain security and compliance controls, access reviews, and audit evidence supporting
• Drive the corporate IT roadmap, identifying opportunities to replace repetitive manual processes
• Develop AI-driven IT and helpdesk automation that turns recurring requests and employee lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in corporate IT, IT operations, or IT systems engineering, ideally within a
• Hands-on expertise with MDM platforms such as Jamf Pro, Microsoft Intune, or Kandji, supporting
• Strong experience administering identity providers, with Okta strongly preferred, including SSO
• Proven experience managing SaaS environments such as Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, and
• Practical experience supporting security and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or PCI
• Strong scripting and automation capabilities using Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or comparable
