📋 Description

• Advise senior leaders and cross-functional teams on commercial, government contracting, corporate
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with customers, vendors, partnerships
• Support government contracting opportunities lifecycle including capture, proposals
• Advise on export controls, trade compliance, CUI, cybersecurity requirements, ethics and
• Support governance, financing, investor diligence, board matters, IP, real estate, insurance
• Collaborate with sales, contracts, finance, engineering, product, supply chain, security, HR, and

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing in at least one U.S.
• 6+ years of relevant legal experience in law firm, in-house, growth-stage company, or combination.
• Experience with government contracts or export controls preferred.
• Experience in defense, aerospace, technology, regulated industries, startups, or high-growth
• Strong drafting, contract negotiation, analytical, communication, and legal research skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex matters with sound judgment and attention to detail.
