🎯 Requirements

J.D. from an accredited law school; member of at least one US state bar.
10+ years legal experience; 3+ years in-house (tech/SaaS preferred).
Extensive experience drafting/negotiating complex commercial transactions.
Fast-paced environment, able to manage multiple projects.
In-house collaboration and business-focused legal guidance.
