Senior Counsel, Commercial - Americas

📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial tech agreements.
• Support enterprise cloud sales cycles and drive transactions.
• Serve as trusted legal advisor to sales leadership and account teams.
• Advise on legal, privacy, and commercial risks; propose practical solutions.
• Balance risk, objectives, and efficiency across multiple transactions.
• Develop and improve templates, playbooks, and processes for scale.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school; active U.S. state bar membership.
• 8+ years experience in law firms and/or in-house for tech companies.
• Strong experience with commercial tech contracting: Cloud, AI, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS.
• Experience with cross-border transactions and high-value deals.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently across U.S. time zones and fast-paced environments.
