• Provide timely, practical legal advice during cybersecurity incident lifecycles (triage to

• Assess notification obligations under cybersecurity, privacy, data breach, securities, and

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant legal experience, with cybersecurity incidents, data breaches, or regulatory
• Ability to independently manage complex, sensitive cybersecurity matters under high pressure with
• Strong knowledge of U.S. breach notification requirements, cybersecurity regulatory frameworks, and
• Experience conducting privileged investigations and coordinating with cybersecurity professionals
• Ability to understand technical details and translate findings into actionable legal guidance.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills for executive updates and customer/regulator
