Senior Counsel, Global Alliance - Aesthetics, Toxins and Eye Care

📋 Description

• Support AbbVie’s Global Alliances organization from discovery through commercialization.
• Lead partnerships in Aesthetics, Toxins and Eye Care with cross-functional teams.
• Negotiate amendments or restructurings to maximize long-term value and performance.
• Assist due diligence and business development for new partnerships.
• Provide strategic legal guidance across licenses, collaborations, and R&D agreements.
• Advise senior management and business stakeholders on complex alliance matters.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. degree required and bar admission in the practicing state.
• Large firm or in-house pharma/Life Sciences experience.
• 5+ years in life science/pharma transactions, global collaborations, and/or R&D development.
• Scientific background or strong interest in biology/chemistry.
• Strong legal-analysis, communication, and autonomous work skills.
• Ability to identify and address critical legal and business issues quickly.
