Senior Counsel, Global Alliance - Aesthetics, Toxins and Eye Care

📋 Description

• Partner with Global Alliances, asset strategy teams, disease strategy teams, and R&D leadership
• Advise on alliance, partnership, and collaboration matters across pharma and device life cycles.
• Interpret and analyze complex agreements, including licenses and collaborations; provide clear
• Draft, review, and negotiate licenses, collaboration agreements, co-development and co-promotion
• Collaborate with Transactions Legal to evaluate and negotiate new collaborations; support due
• Advise clients and leadership to maximize pipeline potential; serve as a resource on complex areas

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. degree and bar licensing requirements for practicing state.
• 5+ years in life sciences/pharma transactions and global collaborations; experience advising
• Background in sciences preferred; ability to understand biology and chemistry basics.
• Strong legal analysis, communication skills, and autonomous work capability.
• Proven ability to identify and address critical legal and business issues with sound judgment.
