Senior Counsel (Healthcare Regulatory, Privacy & Employment)

📋 Description

• Advise on federal/state healthcare regulatory matters.
• Monitor telehealth licensing and scope of practice.
• Advise on hormone therapy, supplements, and clinical materials.
• Partner on clinician onboarding and credentialing.
• Advise on relationships with payors, employers, pharmacies.
• Coordinate with outside regulatory counsel on high-risk matters.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school; active U.S. state bar (CA preferred).
• 8+ years of legal practice.
• Healthcare regulatory and privacy experience (HIPAA, state privacy).
• In-house or major firm experience in healthcare/digital health.
• Experience supporting multistate or remote clinical/employee workforces.
• Proficiency using AI tools to enhance efficiency.
