• J.D. from an accredited law school; CA bar in good standing.
• 8+ years of significant litigation practice.
• Experience with regulatory, tax, class actions, or tech matters.
• Strong written/verbal communication; ability to manage multiple matters.
• Willingness to travel several times per quarter.

🎁 Benefits

• Pay range: $210,000 — $258,000 USD.
