🎯 Requirements

JD degree from an accredited law school; state bar admission enabling in-house practice
Registration to practice before the USPTO
5+ years patent law experience in a law firm and/or life sciences company
Technical background in medical devices, aesthetics, or pharma; degrees in biotechnology
Strong legal, analytical, communication, collaboration, and project management skills
