• Design, implement, and scale creator recruitment and relationship strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4-6+ years in Affiliate Marketing, Creator Marketing, or Community Management
• Strong knowledge of creator/affiliate marketing tools and strategies
• Experience budgeting, casting, negotiating, contracting, and reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication; data-driven mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
