📋 Description

• Strategy: Collaborate with CRM Manager on engagement across Irish, Australian, US markets.
• Channel Management: Support CRM across channels including triggered messages and newsletters.
• Journey Design: Design, update, and implement customer journeys for new initiatives.
• Market Insight: Use market research, competitor analysis and trends for ideas.
• Segmentation: Partner with analytics to create targeted CRM audiences.
• Measurement: Build and evaluate campaign measurement frameworks to grow LTV.
