📋 Description

• Senior SME on cryptoasset sanctions; own end-to-end coverage of sanctioned entities and evasion
• Translate sanctions expertise into analytical outputs, monitoring processes, and communications.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams; represent capabilities to clients and
• Lead investigations into cryptoasset exposure to sanctioned entities and high-risk jurisdictions.
• Define the evolution of sanctions monitoring operating model and identify coverage gaps.
• Coach junior colleagues and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience as an intelligence analyst, investigator, or compliance specialist in
• Independent subject matter expertise in global sanctions regimes (OFAC, UK, EU, UN).
• Experience designing monitoring/alerting frameworks and playbooks; strong remediation capability.
• Excellent written/verbal communication; ability to produce stakeholder-ready outputs.
• Proficiency with blockchain analytics tools, OSINT, corporate registries, and adverse media.
• AI fluency; ability to apply AI tools to accelerate research, OSINT processing, and outputs.
