🎯 Requirements

ELD/EL instruction expertise; familiarity with ELD/ELP standards (e.g., WIDA) and multilingual
5+ years educational experience with substantial curriculum development
3+ years direct curriculum design; lead content projects; mentor junior staff
Experience planning and leading medium-scale curriculum development across multiple grades
Bachelor's in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, TESOL/Bilingual Ed; advanced degree preferred
