📋 Description

• Senior Customer Engineer focusing on SLED (State, Local, Education) and Local Government sectors.
• Partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, design bespoke architectures, and
• Onboarding, technical health, risk, and expansion strategy responsibility; monitor telemetry to
• Responsible for quota-carrying commercial outcomes and driving platform adoption with cross-sell

🎯 Requirements

• Public Sector Expertise in SLED, Local Government, or Municipal agencies.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions/Sales Engineering or similar).
• Broad technical acumen in web security, networking, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise
• Commercial mindset with SaaS metrics awareness and public sector sales experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management for engaging with government executives.
