📋 Description

  • Coordinate customer-facing newsletters, product updates, events, and campaigns.
  • Coordinate requests across Product, Product Marketing, CS, Customer Experience, and Sales.
  • Maintain the customer communications calendar to improve visibility and alignment.
  • Collaborate with Product/Marketing on updates, features, and announcements.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years in customer communications or lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience managing editorial calendars.
  • Translate technical/product information into customer messaging.
  • Experience with Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Experience evaluating requests and determining audiences.
