📋 Description

• Develop and execute an integrated customer marketing strategy across the customer lifecycle.
• Synthesize customer insights into scalable programs, journeys and campaigns for segments and stages.
• Create and manage the customer marketing roadmap across lifecycle campaigns, product launches
• Partner with Customer Success, Customer Office, Product Marketing and Account Management to drive
• Design and deliver customer communications, content, webinars and campaigns to improve onboarding
• Build scalable customer advocacy programs with stories, testimonials and references to amplify

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in B2B marketing with customer marketing, lifecycle, growth or engagement.
• Experience building programs for product adoption, retention, expansion and advocacy.
• Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS lifecycle and cross-functional roles. Translate data into
• Collaboration and teamwork: contribute to the team and prioritize collective goals.
• Process/project management: manage timelines and deliverables.
