Senior Customer Success Engineer

📋 Description

• Discover technologies, constraints, and challenges for cloud/app security.
• Match Veracode solutions to customer tech, security, and business needs.
• Advise on effective use of Veracode products within customer environments.
• Collaborate with CS on onboarding to ensure a successful launch.
• Demonstrate and integrate Veracode across the software toolchain.
• Present product roadmap and strategy to executives and tech managers.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in information security or software development.
• Customer-facing with strong listening and relationship skills.
• CI/CD experience (AWS, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, etc.).
• Scripting with Python and Postman to automate tasks via REST and GraphQL.
• Familiar with .NET, Java, JavaScript builds/packaging.
• Hands-on with app security tools (Veracode, Synopsys, etc.) and cloud security.
