Senior Customer Success Engineer, Audit

📋 Description

• Own adoption, value realization, and workflow excellence for Fieldguide customers running audit
• Hands-on, product-native role inside Fieldguide to help audit teams execute audits more efficiently
• Measure success by end-user adoption, workflow maturity, and measurable outcomes rather than volume.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Revenue teams to deliver real business

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in public accounting, audit, assurance, or advisory, or audit
• Deep understanding of the audit lifecycle: planning, evidence collection, review, engagement
• Experience supporting complex, multi-team audit environments and methodology rollouts.
• Hands-on in software platforms: configuring workflows and troubleshooting usage challenges.
• Technical curiosity in data models, permissions, configurations, and AI-powered workflows (LLMs or
• Practitioner mindset: advise, enable, and drive change rather than just support.
