Senior Cybersecurity Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional cybersecurity programs across products, cloud services, enterprise systems
• Translate cybersecurity strategy into execution; align stakeholders and manage risks and priorities.
• Own program roadmaps, priorities, schedules, budgets, dependencies, risks, and delivery.
• Coordinate cybersecurity incident response with stakeholders and post-incident follow-up.
• Define and track KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting to measure security posture and program

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of cybersecurity or technical program management experience, leading complex security
• Strong knowledge of security risk management, incident response, product and cloud security
• Experience with security metrics, dashboards, executive reporting, vendor management, and
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, manage escalations
• Excellent communication, analytical, prioritization, and executive presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, engineering, or related discipline; CISSP
