Senior Data & AI Engineer (m/f)

📋 Description

• Lead design, development, and deployment of AI solutions across NLP, computer vision, and LLMs.
• Mentor engineering teams and set ML engineering standards.
• Architect and oversee ML pipelines: data ingestion, feature engineering, training, deployment
• Develop LLM-based solutions on hybrid cloud/on-prem infra with privacy, latency, and performance in
• Design NLP pipelines for extraction, classification, semantic search, and document understanding.
• Deliver production-grade AI services with high-availability APIs (FastAPI+).

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years hands-on AI/ML engineering experience; able to lead complex AI initiatives.
• Programming & APIs: Python, REST API, performance tuning, secure API development.
• NLP & ML: Transformers, LLMs (Mistral, LLaMA), RAG, prompt tuning, vector search, OCR, chatbot
• Cloud Platforms: Azure and/or AWS (Functions, Glue, Logic Apps, AI Services).
• MLOps & Infra: Docker, GitHub Actions, IaC (Terraform, Ansible), CI/CD.
• AI System Integration: Edge inference (Jetson), Ollama/ONNX, hybrid deployments, orchestration.
