📋 Description

• Own an analytics portfolio: primary analytics contact for an assigned business unit; partner with
• Shape analytics strategy: identify recurring business problems, prioritize improvements, surface
• Drive data governance: define/maintain business metrics and KPIs; assess impact of engineering
• Support compliance and data quality: HIPAA-compliant data practices; identify risks; collaborate
• Develop analytics architecture: design/contribute to analytics layer using dbt and AI-assisted
• Translate business needs into technical solutions: create technical requirements/docs (UML)

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, CS, business analytics, or related field
• Professional experience: 7–10 years in data analytics, data engineering, BI, or other analytical
• Healthcare or senior analytics experience: healthcare BI/ops/consulting or senior analytics role
• Analytical problem-solving: ability to solve complex problems and understand business operations.
• Communication and storytelling: translate findings into clear narratives and recommendations.
• Technical expertise: expert-level SQL skills; proficiency with BI platforms such as Tableau.
