🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a Data Analyst/BI Analyst in a high-growth environment.
• Strong SQL, dbt, and Looker experience; build queries and dashboards.
• Excellent communicator; explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to take initiative, own projects, and deliver end-to-end analysis.
• Attention to detail; focus on reconciliation, financial logic, QA.
• Experience with Finance stakeholders (FP&A, Accounting, Payments, Revenue Ops) and GitHub.
