Senior Data Analyst, Risk Analytics

📋 Description

• Build Python-based analyses, models, and data pipelines for fraud decisioning and risk scoring
• Design and run statistical experiments, including A/B tests and vendor assessments
• Develop and monitor internal fraud risk models with calibration and performance tracking
• Explore AI-enabled workflows to automate repetitive analysis and improve speed
• Analyze vendor performance and inform routing decisions and contracts
• Create dashboards/reports in Looker/Hex with SQL models to support analysis

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in fraud analytics, risk, fintech, or quantitative analytics
• Strong Python (pandas, scikit-learn, etc.) and data pipeline skills
• Strong SQL with data warehouse understanding
• Solid statistical foundation; able to design valid experiments and explain results
• Experience building/training/validating classification models and handling class imbalance
• Active use of AI tools (LLMs, code generation) to improve workflows
