Senior Data Analyst - User Research

• Drive business impact via actionable insights and growth opportunities
• Build dashboards with accurate, actionable insights
• Collaborate with data engineering on data enrichment for the product

• Develop processes to identify, analyse, and interpret trends in data

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data analytics
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, CS, or analytics
• Hands-on experience using Python or R to manipulate large data sets
• Proficiency in SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Domain knowledge in Finance, Risk, or Product
• Experience with ML tools in R or Python is a plus
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik)
• Experience creating dashboards with Apache Superset
• Experience in a high-growth startup or unicorn is a bonus
