Senior Data & Analytics Engineer

📋 Description

• Take end-to-end ownership of the data platform and BI layer.
• Build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for batch and near real-time data.
• Ensure data quality, observability, and performance across the platform.
• Define data contracts and modular, cost-efficient architectures.
• Own Power BI semantic models, KPIs, and dataset refresh.
• Develop customer dashboards and embedded analytics for trusted metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in data/analytics engineering, SaaS or product-driven.
• Experience building scalable data platforms and customer analytics.
• Databricks Expertise (Spark/PySpark, Delta Lake).
• Microsoft Fabric and/or Azure data ecosystem experience.
• Advanced Power BI skills: data modelling, DAX, performance tuning.
• Advanced SQL and dimensional modelling (Kimball).
